What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Green Bay Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. Key responsibilities include:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations, including LOTO
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
- Flexibility to support overtime and changing business needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Identifying and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues
- Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Supporting building needs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general upkeep
- Working closely with the maintenance team to resolve recurring mechanical or electrical issues
- Ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols
- Demonstrating strong working knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
