About The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and/or electrical experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- During downtime, assist in assembly operations to support production needs
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals
