Onsite Maintenance Technician
About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of janitorial and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment. This role involves basic knowledge of drywall repairs, plumbing, and light electrical work, as well as the ability to operate power tools and equipment. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining common areas, including restrooms and break rooms, and will occasionally need to use ladders for cleaning. Adherence to safety procedures and reporting of maintenance needs to management are key aspects of this position. Availability for rotating on-call shifts is also required.
Requirements
- Good basic knowledge of drywall repairs, plumbing, and light electrical.
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform janitorial duties.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic drywall repairs, plumbing, and light electrical tasks.
- Operate power tools and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Utilize ladders to clean and dust walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms and wash walkways.
- Blow parking lots and clean elevators.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by following operational and safety procedures.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Be available for rotating on-call shifts.
