About The Position

Come join our Maintenance Operations team at Richman Signature Properties as a full-time Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX! Richman Signature Properties is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our Maintenance Team! This position is located at Parc At White Rock, Dallas, a 291-unit luxury residential community. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30 or 60-minute unpaid lunch break daily. On-call/weekend rotation is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Maintenance Operations experience in a similar residential multi-family environment
• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
• Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
• Valid/Active Driver's license (verified during hiring process)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
• Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
