The Facilities Maintenance Tech position supports the Senior Facilities Manager & Community Directors in two new Dallas locations (Preston Hollow & Plano). This role is responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of the facility, coordinating with vendors, repairing reported issues, installing and moving furniture, maintaining appliances, and ensuring a pleasing atmosphere for the coworking community. The role will also assist construction and design teams during the construction of the Plano location by providing routine oversight, receiving shipments, and supporting the installation team. Once both locations are operational, the position will support both. This is a Full Time 40 hours per week role with flexible scheduling, requiring reliability and dependability.

Nice To Haves

  • Finish Carpentry or Painting experience is preferred
  • Handy Man Experience is preferred.

  • Manage relationships and negotiate preferred pricing/bids
  • Coordinate approved capital projects as directed by the Community Director/Build and Procurement Team
  • Ensure compliance with all warranties and state/federal requirements
