Requirements
- Full-Time position
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Rotating Weekly On-Call
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair property, equipment, grounds and entrances of the community.
- Order and deliver departmental supplies.
- Complete maintenance work orders.
- Learn more skilled areas within the maintenance and repair process, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other skills building trades.
- Assist other environmental departments with various tasks.
- Assist with maintenance needs at our partnering community for Meals on Wheels.
