In this role, you will work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to keep our manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and a desire to continue learning.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to learn precision measuring techniques using tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to perform maintenance tasks safely and accurately.
• Read and interpret basic equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Organize and manage maintenance parts, tools, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other departments to support production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special maintenance projects.
• Support team objectives by demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
