The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
  • Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
  • Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
  • Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
  • Take direction from the supervisor.
  • Flexible to change work plans.

Responsibilities

  • Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cleans up after work is complete.
  • Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
