The Maintenance Expert will respond to resident requests for maintenance services, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs. Requirements

• 1-3 years maintenance experience required (apartment maintenance experience preferred)
• At least a high school education or equivalent certification.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Expertise in HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair
• Budget or basic business finance skills helpful
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days of employment
• CPO Certification (if required in the state and location applied)

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident requests for maintenance service.
• Troubleshoot the source of difficulty.
• Take appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within quality and time standards.
• Work closely with the team to enhance individual performance.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
