About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of maintenance experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Mechanical problem-solving skills, including the ability to address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Initiative, ownership, and pride in work.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and residents.
Ability to stand, move, bend, climb, and lift heavy objects.

Nice To Haves

EPA Type 2 or Universal certification.
