You’ll help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for the residents who call Clarendale home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must be able to meet required background screening, drug screening and TB testing requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience with apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, property or general building maintenance is a plus
• Mechanically inclined candidates with strong hands-on skills who are ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of maintenance needs throughout our community
• Troubleshoot problems
• Complete repairs
• Maintain the property and grounds
• Respond to resident maintenance requests
