About The Position

Clarendale at Indian Lake is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, working with their hands, and experiencing variety in their day. The Maintenance Technician will help keep the senior living community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for the residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to meet required background screening, drug screening and TB testing requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, property or general building maintenance is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined candidates with strong hands-on skills who are ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of maintenance needs throughout the community.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Complete repairs.
• Maintain the property and grounds.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests.
• Take pride in their work, notice the details, and be the person others can count on when something needs to be fixed.
