About The Position

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition in accordance with company standards. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the technician completes make-ready work, handles assigned work orders, supports maintenance of buildings and common areas, and helps maintain property equipment and preventative maintenance programs. Hours vary based on community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common-area maintenance.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
