About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the timely completion of work orders and special projects, including plumbing and electrical service requests and apartment turns. The role requires servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner, diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. The technician will respond to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, ensuring timely and professional completion. Additionally, the role involves assisting in maintaining the exterior of the property for curb appeal, performing housekeeping duties, and snow removal during winter months. If applicable, the technician will also perform property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas.

Requirements

Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
General computer knowledge
Availability for on-call purposes
Flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary

Nice To Haves

Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses a plus

Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
