About The Position

The Maintenance Technician (SME) is a key technical resource within our operation. This role blends hands-on maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and day-to-day leadership on the production floor. The SME is the person others rely on when equipment needs attention, when a system isn't performing correctly, or when we need a deeper understanding of how machinery should operate. In this position, you will be responsible for the performance and reliability of a wide range of equipment, including electrical systems, mechanical components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and various automated processes. You will help ensure that machines run safely, efficiently, and consistently - protecting both product quality and the pace of production. The SME role is not only about technical strength; it's also about communication, coaching, and partnership. You will work closely with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to elevate the performance of the entire team. Your insight will help drive improvements, prevent breakdowns, and support a culture of continuous learning.
