Quality Technician Night Shift (12-hour, 3-2-2-3 schedule)

About The Position

Key Responsibilities in this role:

Conduct process/product audits and provide feedback to production
Conduct product and component tests, using various lab equipment
On-floor gage set-up/maintenance/repair/troubleshooting
Administer and maintain hold tag system
Assist production personnel in solving quality related issues
Assist Quality Engineers with new product launch/PPAP activities
Perform R&R studies and other Measurement System Analysis Studies
Must be willing to work overtime on the opposite shift

Requirements

• Must be able to operate a computer
• Must have working knowledge of Kurt, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to operate and interpret measurement equipment
• Must possess good math skills
• Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must have good attendance and a strong work record
• Requires you have the ability to work 12-hour night shift (6 pm - 6 am) on our 3-2-2-3 schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read and interpret basic statistical date preferred
• Knowledge of production process from multiple areas of the plant preferred
