About The Position

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the technician completes make-ready maintenance and assigned work orders, assists with building and common-area maintenance, and supports the preventative maintenance program and upkeep of property equipment. Hours vary according to community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• CPO certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common-area maintenance.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
