Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, HVAC, appliance repair, mechanical work, or related skilled trades
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional communication with residents, coworkers, and vendors
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift equipment and work in indoor/outdoor environments
Eligibility to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification
EPA certification
Appliance repair experience
Trade school experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial maintenance issues
Service and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components
Perform appliance repairs, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers
Complete preventive maintenance and property inspections
Respond to maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
Repair plumbing leaks, door hardware, lighting fixtures, drains, and other building systems
Replace HVAC filters and assist with seasonal HVAC maintenance
Accurately document labor, materials, and completed work using electronic systems
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean working order
Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime as needed
