About The Position

The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains the property’s mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds. The role supports satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and resident retention by keeping properties safe, comfortable, and well maintained. The technician performs routine and preventative maintenance, responds to work orders, diagnoses problems, completes repairs, and conducts regular property inspections. Maintenance work must comply with safety regulations and company standards. The position is full-time, generally Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility and on-call work as needed for emergency maintenance requests. Compensation is up to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
A problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot maintenance challenges.
Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately.
A customer-service focus and ability to respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
