About The Position
Maintenance Technician – Vicino on the Lake Apartments. Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join their team at Vicino on the Lake Apartments, a 359-unit property in Creve Coeur, MO.
Requirements
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience
- Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
- Water heaters (gas & electric)
- Drywall repair and painting
Nice To Haves
- HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders based on priority
- Make-ready units for new residents
- Interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Maintain grounds and property cleanliness
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
- Rotate on-call responsibilities with team (on-call bonus eligible)
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour
- Quarterly Bonuses: Earn up to $3,000 annually
