Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Fore Property Company, a privately held growing national development and property management company, is seeking an Apartment Maintenance / Porter to join our team at our Beautiful Class A Luxury Apartment Community in Hillsboro, OR. As an Apartment Maintenance/ Porter, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. You will also assist with work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, painting, turning vacant apartments, on call duties and any other duties assigned from business manager and supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-year previous multifamily maintenance experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally.
- Previous experience turning units and painting.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License and own tools.
- Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
- Assist with work orders, apartment maintenance and repair.
- Painting.
- Turning vacant apartments.
- On call duties.
- Any other duties assigned from business manager and supervisor.
