About The Position

Critical goals for this role include helping to maintain an occupancy of greater than 95%, completing over 75% of work orders within 48 hours, and preparing vacant units within 7 days or less.

Requirements

• Complete resident requested work orders in a timely manner
• Work as a member of a team that takes pride it is property’s curb appeal and common area conditions
• Efficiently prepare or make ready vacant units so that the new resident has a positive experience
• Provide 5-star customer service
• Effectively communicate
