About The Position

PLK Communities, an owner and manager of residential apartment communities, is seeking a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician at Lyons Gate. The technician helps maintain the community’s physical integrity for the benefit of residents, visitors, and staff. The role includes property maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, completing work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, and ensuring proper trash removal and disposal. HVAC service and repair are part of the work, with training available. The technician must also be able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation. The listed salary range is $41,600–$47,840.

Requirements

Maintenance or handyman experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Own or have access to the listed tools: hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multimeter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, and flashlight.
Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
