Maintenance Technician - No On Call
About The Position
Trellis Management is seeking a reliable, "can-do" Maintenance Technician to join their Twin Cities team. This is a stable, full-time position with no weekends required. The Maintenance Technician will be the backbone of a 163-unit apartment community in Minneapolis, ensuring residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Responsibilities include prepping units for new residents, handling daily work orders, managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing (with training provided for boiler license), conducting quality checks for preventative maintenance, and performing general grounds upkeep and snow removal.
Requirements
- 1+ year of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques.
- Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle.
- Boiler license must have.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.
