About The Position

A growing food production facility in Fort Worth is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to its team. This is a 1st shift opportunity with a stable company and consistent hours. Candidates with food manufacturing or packaging experience are highly preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Experience with conveyors, packaging lines, or similar equipment
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficient in Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Proficient in 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Proficient in Industrial Electrical Experience
• Proficient in Electrical Schematic Reading
• Proficient in Equipment Installation & Wiring
• Proficient in Machine Safety Inspections

Nice To Haves

• Food manufacturing or packaging experience
• Own tools preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Minimize downtime and support production efficiency
• Assist with equipment installs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
• Follow GMP and food safety standards
• Support general facility maintenance as needed
