About The Position

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC systems, and building exterior repairs.
Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call schedules as needed.
Ability to live on-site in the provided two-bedroom apartment.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
hands-on HVAC repair experience.

Nice To Haves

EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community for all residents.
Apply your troubleshooting expertise to respond promptly and professionally to a variety of residential service requests.
Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pools, and building exteriors.
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to create a community residents are proud to call home.
