About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.
- Assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
- Painting.
- Drywall repair.
- Light electrical and plumbing systems maintenance.
