Maintenance Technician (FT/Evening)
About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for their beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Requirements
- Painting experience
- Drywall repair experience
- Light electrical systems experience
- Plumbing systems experience
- Knowledgeable in building codes
- Knowledgeable in safety regulations
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- A year of experience
Responsibilities
- Assure facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner
- Assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections
