Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, ensuring timely resolution
Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of appliances, fixtures, and structural elements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of supplies
Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Support the setup and breakdown of community events and activities as needed
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
