About The Position

Labelink is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Appleton, WI facility. This role involves performing regular preventative maintenance tasks, working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and repairing electrical components on printing presses, and utilizing maintenance software. The position offers a Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm schedule with overtime opportunities. Requirements

• Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with electrically powered printing presses and their components.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic, especially in performing scheduled maintenance.
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 guidelines.
• Learn and use maintenance software such as Micro-Main CMMS to manage tasks and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.
