About The Position

We are seeking two qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technicians for our community, Miami Heights Mobile Home Park. This role is crucial for maintaining the properties and enriching the lives of residents and team members. The position offers a steady, reliable schedule with full-time hours (40 hours per week). Requirements

2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, and property management maintenance.
1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
Ability to be very active, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions.
Willingness to use and learn technology in a basic capacity.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver's license.
Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, and diagnosing and repairing simple water leaks.
Conduct electrical work including installing light fixtures, GFCI's, understanding lightbulb wattage, breakers and fuses, and replacing outlets.
Oversee the curb appeal of the community to ensure it meets Riverstone Communities' standards, which includes picking up trash and performing groundskeeping duties like lawn mowing, planting flowers, and weeding/weed eating.
Complete cleanouts of homes.
Finish work orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
Read water meters for each home.
Complete day-to-day duties with minimal supervision.
Adhere to all safety laws and regulations.
Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
Take online/virtual training classes via a computer or tablet.
Perform other duties as qualified and trained to do so.
