About The Position
Looking for an individual who can work independently and can accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively. Must be self-motivated and willing to step in and help out wherever necessary. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and current driver's license
- Maintenance knowledge is imperative
- Capability to assess health and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Multi-tasker
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing activities
- Lifting and carrying of bulky or heavy items may be required
Nice To Haves
- 1-year experience in hotel maintenance, construction, electrical, plumbing and painting

- Interact with guests and fellow employees with a positive friendly attitude
- Perform all aspects of property maintenance: Preventative, Corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance
- Maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies
- Perform maintenance inspection and repairs on vacant units to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in
- Assist supervisor/manager on special projects
- Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergency service
- Ensure curb appeal of the community and cleanliness of grounds
