About The Position

GO Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and service equipment at multiple car washes. The technician works with a leader and site managers to maintain day-to-day operations and equipment while managing costs, supporting a convenient, consistent, and exceptional customer experience. The position includes paid commute and drive time, a company-provided vehicle, fuel card, and power tools. Hiring is contingent on satisfactory criminal background and motor vehicle checks. Starting base wage is $27 per hour; the offer may depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting industrial or commercial equipment.
Experience with air compressors, electrical systems, three-phase motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), motor controls, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics.
Proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service, communicate clearly, engage and lead others by example, organize work effectively, and comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.
Satisfactory criminal background and motor vehicle checks before hiring.

Nice To Haves

Forklift, welding, and electrical experience and/or certification.
Car wash experience.
