Requirements

2–4 years of vocational training or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution maintenance
Knowledge of electrical distribution, controls, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and follow schematics and blueprints
Ability to lift 60 lbs routinely and 100 lbs occasionally, with regular bending, stooping, and overhead work
Flexibility to work various shifts and participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Experience with HVAC, welding, instrumentation, PLCs, or automation systems

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment, listening for irregularities, and using precision testing tools
Repair, replace, adjust, and fine-tune mechanical, electrical, and control components
Partner with teams, employees, and contractors to coordinate repairs, projects, and preventive maintenance
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and anticipating needed parts and supplies
Perform routine preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Keep accurate logs, reports, and documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment — always
