Perform preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing and converting equipment according to established schedules. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment. Lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace wear components as directed. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Complete maintenance work orders and PM documentation accurately. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all plant safety procedures. Assist senior technicians with equipment repairs and machine rebuild projects. Identify potential equipment concerns and communicate findings to maintenance leadership. Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. Participate in training programs to develop maintenance skills.
