About The Position

Zinger Property Group (affiliate of RuMe Property Management) is searching for a skilled Entry Level Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time, year-round job that offers good pay and full benefits. A successful Entry Level Maintenance Technician can come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, apartment maintenance, and other related industries. Skill set should include general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Responsibilities

• Grounds pick up
• Maintaining the curb appeal of the properties
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
• Apartment trash outs
• Assist with completion of work orders
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
