About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Riverwalk at Happy Valley in Happy Valley, Oregon. The company manages apartment communities across the Western United States and emphasizes community enrichment and employee development. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple maintenance trades and a strong customer-service focus. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartments for turnover; and responding to emergency calls. The position requires reliable transportation and availability for an on-call rotation. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties. Employment is subject to a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance is preferred, ideally on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning, is required.
• Customer-service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
• Background check and drug screen are required if identified for the position.
