About The Position

Coastal Building Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Technician. Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial painting experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Complete a background check and fingerprinting, as required for school work.
• Reliability, proactivity, urgency, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward staff, students, and parents.
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance, including school uniforms, closed-toe work shoes, and good grooming.
• Be able to receive instructions and accept feedback as a tool for professional growth.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a school or commercial setting.

Responsibilities
