Requirements

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance needs outside of regular hours
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces and common areas
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and maintenance planning
