About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repairs. The role requires experience in painting, spackling, drywall repair, plumbing, and carpentry, as well as basic working knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant maintenance experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call availability as needed. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The technician helps maintain safe and secure environments across regional facilities and supports compliance with applicable building, NFPA, CARF, and Life Safety Codes and regulations.

Requirements

At least two years of relevant maintenance experience.
Required experience in carpentry and plumbing.
Basic working knowledge of electrical systems, general building maintenance, and HVAC maintenance.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a safe, therapeutic environment.
Effective time management skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete remodeling tasks and help provide a safe and secure working and living environment at regional facilities.
Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
Handle or supervise snow removal and landscaping.
Respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
Participate in risk management at the corporate level.
Maintain compliance with applicable Building, NFPA, CARF, and Life Safety Codes and regulations.
Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
