About The Position

I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 1. Perform necessary electrical repairs to equipment and facilities. 2. Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Requirements

High School Graduate
3-5 years plant electrician preferred

Responsibilities

Locate and correct power failures.
Maintain all AC/DC drives.
Maintenance on assigned equipment.
Wire new equipment when required.
Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
Implement preventive maintenance and repairs and keep necessary records of work performed.
Operate welding and soldering equipment to make necessary repairs.
Responsible for use and security of shop equipment and tools.
Take appropriate action when emergency repairs are necessary.
Operation of drill presses, grinders, and other shop equipment.
Performs other duties as required.
