Controls Technician - 1st shift (Direct Hire)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Controls Technician for a direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits. Primary Responsibilities: Program, Troubleshoot/Repair, and Maintain PLC systems Install and repair industrial electronic equipment and 480V 3 phase power distribution Process control systems, Interpret and understand the fault readings on controllers, PLC’s, and variable frequency drives, and take appropriate corrective actions. Provide shift support and leadership as it relates to electrical safety, controls, and equipment operation Perform projects, install new electrical equipment and assist in production
Requirements
- 3-5 years maintenance experience
- Must be able to read electrical schematics
- PLC and drive experience a must with a good understanding of ladder logic and it's underlying principles
