About The Position
StorageMart is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep its facilities running, clean, and safe. The role involves maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment, completing janitorial and groundskeeping work, conducting safety inspections and preventative maintenance, and traveling between multiple locations as needed. Mileage for travel between locations is reimbursed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance or related trade experience.
- Knowledge of power tools and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance, and ability to travel between stores.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and standing.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, door, and latch issues.
- Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking.
- Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal.
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Travel between multiple locations as needed.
