About The Position

Newport Pacific is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 187-space park in Corona, California. The role involves performing a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems, submeter utility systems and meter reading for gas, electric, and water, groundskeeping and landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, and general carpentry. The technician should be able to work independently and as part of a team and be available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside normal business hours. Requirements

At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
Knowledge of building and facility maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems, submeter utility systems and meter reading, groundskeeping and landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, and general carpentry.
Skill in operating hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside normal business hours.
