About The Position
F&F Realty is searching for a full-time maintenance technician for our apartment community located in Wheeling, Illinois. This role involves the timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community, ensuring all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. The technician will assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, dry wall repairs and snow removal.
- Enjoys team effort
- Problem solver
- Reliable transportation & live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call
- Have current HVAC certification or willingness to get
