Requirements

• Full-time Maintenance Technician role.
• Support properties in Medway and Hudson, MA.
• Perform in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment preparation.
• Complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Provide access and supervise contractors.
• Perform groundskeeping, snow removal, and exterior/common area maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
