Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- EPA Type 2 or Universal certification
Responsibilities
- Maintain and Repair: Keep everything running from HVAC systems to electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Deliver top-notch service to our residents by keeping both the interior and exterior in prime condition.
- Stay Ahead of Maintenance Needs: Preventative maintenance is key. You’ll document and address issues before they become bigger problems.
- Emergency Support: Provide support after hours as needed, ensuring residents always feel taken care of.
- Collaborate with a Family-Oriented Team: Work alongside a supportive, loyal group that has your back.
