About The Position

The Maintenance Technician performs repairs and preventive maintenance throughout Bridgeport Apartments, including its systems, interiors, exteriors, and site. The role is responsible for keeping the property clean and in repaired condition. Duties may include reasonable tasks not specifically listed that support company objectives. Employees are expected to follow Omega Management Group’s policies and procedures, work to standard levels of productivity and dependability, and complete work in a timely, zero-defect manner. The position supports positive resident and tenant relations, works independently, can direct others, communicates effectively, is willing to learn, and participates in staff meetings and designated training programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
EPA Universal Certification.
At least two years of experience through vocational HVAC schooling and/or verifiable apprenticeship training; provide a transcript or certificate of completion for vocational schooling.
Tools required to perform the duties described.
Ability to work independently and direct others.
Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
Dependability and ability to complete work in a timely, zero-defect manner.

Responsibilities
