Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally chemical or beverage manufacturing.
  • Proficient in electrical, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
  • Practiced in safe work habits.
  • Team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work well done.
  • Self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook). SAP knowledge is helpful.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial maintenance degree, welding certification, industrial electrical certification, Associate degree in a related field or completion of a Trades/Technical School program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, and rebuild production machines and equipment.
  • Set up and use tools and equipment for optimum safety.
  • Troubleshoot pneumatics, rebuild valves/pumps, and set mechanical timing.
  • Research repair parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
  • Calibrate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and equipment.
  • Work with 3-phase and high voltage electrical systems.
  • Provide general facility maintenance and repair.
