We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and ensure our community is always in top condition. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced student housing environment. You’ll be responsible for completing service requests, supporting unit turns, and maintaining building systems — all while delivering a high level of service to our residents.

Requirements

Prior maintenance experience in student housing, multifamily, or similar environment required
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with residents and team members
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification or hands-on experience preferred

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
Assist with unit turns and make-ready processes during move-in and move-out periods
Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance areas and tools
Respond to emergency maintenance needs and on-call responsibilities
Work closely with the onsite team to ensure a safe, student-ready community
